I'm Michelle Robinson. I help teachers of the gifted reclaim their time & joy by offering support with strategic coaching, online courses, and an amazing collaborative community. You do not have to go it alone!

As the only Gifted teacher (and personnel) in my district, I remember feeling isolated and unsupported, juggling multiple grade levels across campuses. Isolation chipped away at my confidence and joy. I loved teaching gifted but questioned my career. I had to take action. I reached out to others in surrounding districts & found others in the same boat! A truly collaborative Countywide Gifted Group was created.
Seeing so many gifted teachers just like me motivated me to start Gifted Ed Solutions. My mission? Empower educators of gifted students with proven strategies, collaboration, and personalized coaching, creating a supportive community to make teaching a sustainable & joyful, benefiting educators and students alike. Because every teacher deserves to feel supported and part of a team!
In our small, rural community, we faced budget cuts and lost access to county gifted services. But thanks to a fantastic school board, we created in-house programming with locally normed criteria, casting a wider net to embrace diverse talents. Our gifted program is better than ever before and has transformed classrooms across our district.
