Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Gifted Ed Solutions, I strive to provide practical, high-quality resources and services that support gifted educators. Please review the policy below to understand what to expect regarding refunds and cancellations.
🖥 Digital Products (Downloads & Templates)
All digital product purchases are final due to their instant access nature. No refunds will be issued once a digital file has been delivered. If you’re unsatisfied within 3 days, contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
📚 Online Courses
Refunds for self-paced online courses are available within 7 days of purchase if less than 25% of the course has been accessed or completed. After that, all sales are final.
🎓 1:1 Coaching Sessions
Refunds are available only prior to the first scheduled session. Once coaching has begun, no refunds will be provided. Sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase. If you’re unsatisfied within 2 days, contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Missed Appointments & Cancellations:
Please provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. First-time missed sessions may be rescheduled at no cost. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeited sessions.
👥 Group Coaching & Memberships
Memberships may be canceled at any time through your account or by contacting us directly. Your access will remain active through the current billing period. Refunds will not be issued for past or partially used billing periods.
